Ladies, listen up! When was the last time you played like a kid? When did you last laugh so hard your belly hurt? When did you last move your body in a way that was purely joyful?
Our first Self Care Saturday is all about moving your body, laughing and feeling like a kid again. We’ll be guided by the owner of Recess Calgary through a series of fun gym games that we used to play as kids. Come solo and make new friends or bring your pals with you.
We promise you’ll leave with the biggest grin on your face – laughter and movement are a sure-fire recipe for stress reduction.

What to bring?
– a water bottle
– dress in layers (it might feel cool in the gym to start, but once we start playing you’ll warm up)
– indoor running shoes
– we’ll be emailing out a waiver in advance, so make sure you sign that before you come!
After the session is done, we highly suggest you take these new friendships out on the road. Head into Kensington with your new pals for coffee or lunch. Shared experiences make for great connections.

Who is Stress Less Ladies?
At Stress Less Ladies we help women reduce their stress so that they can actually enjoy their daily lives! We do this through coaching, online programs, live events and workshops. Self Care Saturdays are our new initiative to bring YYC ladies together once a month to discover a new type of self care.
