Indulge in a little self care with spoken word poet Miranda Krogstad. Using a variety of creative journaling techniques, you will use words and art to self-reflect, goal set, and write yourself into a better future.
Using visual journaling to pinpoint the things you want more of in your life, and using words to adjust your mindset on the not-so-great areas, this afternoon will give you the space and tools to step back from everyday life and do some work on the bigger picture.
Supplies: We will provide writing utensils and paper, but you can feel free to bring your favourite journal, notebook, and / or colouring tools!
Light snacks and tea/coffee provided.
Ticket price also includes a 45 minute Stress Less Strategy Session with Victoria Smith of Stress Less Ladies. Sessions can be done over the phone or Google Hangouts at your convenience.
