Self-care… how many of us would say we’ve got a strong self-care game? Not many ladies who I know. The number one thing I hear from women in my life is that we don’t have time for self-care. That’s what the Summer of Self-Care series is all about.
These small group coaching sessions will cover a variety of topics, and for a six-week period this will be your self-care tribe! This is the online version, so you can be in your office over lunchtime, plug in your headphones and get your self-care game on! And you can be anywhere in the world, though the sessions will run in MST.
Dates are as follows: June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 8 and 15 (no session July 1 as that’s Canada Day!). Mondays.
Once registered you’ll receive a calendar series from Stress Less Ladies.
Topics we’ll dive into will include:
- self-care vs. self-comfort
- how to make and create time for self-care
- what a positive self-care routine can look like
- how to bring self-care into your workplace
- how to set yourself up for success
- so much more!
And this will be coaching! This will be your tribe and we will hold each other accountable, because the facts are that if you have accountability partners you are between 50-95% more likely to make changes (American Psychological Association).
