Stress Less in 90 Days group coaching is for anyone who wants to stress less in order to feel more joy on a daily basis.
This group program will help you:
- shift your thoughts and beliefs around your personal stressors
- develop and reinforce strong boundaries, both personally and professionally
- develop a strong self-care (not self comfort) routine
- find (and create) more joy in your everyday life
- create an accountability model that will last, even when you’re finished with the program
- make achieving your goals inevitable
The next cohort will run from September 21, 2019 until December 8, 2019.
We know that the program isn’t live until September 21, 2019, but if you pre-order it by June 30, 2019, you will get:
- a curated Summer of Self Care package in the mail
- access to the Foundational Week content on July 1, 2019
- a downloadable audio file of 5 quick strategies to help you decrease your stress
